Jhelsa Metal Polishing, Jorge Henaine, Maricel Rivera ripoff , a thief, cheat, and commits fraud Chicago Illinois
The owner of Jhelsa Metal Polishing, Jorge Henaine, is a worthless human being. Mr. Henaine started a business with former employees from his prior job. Mr.Henaine informed all of the employees that he did not have the money to pay them what they had previously earned at the prior job. He told them that they could collect their unemployment and he would pay the excess with his personal checks so that they would be receiving the same as they had at their prior jobs, and they would not have to pay taxes on the money received. He also promised that he would pay any taxes that were due on the unemployment.
These were all older employees that were happy that they still had a job. These employees only skills were polishing metal. Mr. Henaine did make money and started paying through Jhelsa. He had 1 "independent rep" that brought in all of his sales which was more than $600,000.00. He sent letters to the rep's customers that said the rep was no longer with the business and to contact him (Henaine) for all sales matters. He would not pay the rep commissions that were due and he did not pay the taxes for the employees. He sent out 1099's for the personal checks he gave to the employees, not under his name - Jorge Henaine, but under JHELSA METAL POLISHING. Guess who bears the brunt of the tax liability? The workers! This guy is a real scammer!! I hope "KARMA" gets him soon.

Dear Readers, I recently had the unpleasant experience to learn that someone posted a highly false accusation on Rip-Off Reports concerning Jhelsa Metals Polishing. I must say, that before being made aware of this site by a concerned friend, I had no idea of what this site was about. I am a supporter of freedom of speech however, this site is very concerning. Clearly, freedom of speech can be taken too far by those who are out to pursue their own personal agendas. This person making these accusations is ill-informed and probably misguided. How these baseless and absurd accusations get posted so freely for people to read is beyond me. It is obvious that little-to-no research is done on behalf of this website's owner to obtain factual information. I hope that those reading these reports are open-mined enough to know that anything that sounds juicy will make it on this site whether or not it is factual. Please keep in mind that the use of a pseudonym to write anonymously should create some suspicion and pause. Jhelsa Metal Polishing prides itself in being a business that operates with high integrity and whom cares about its employeesrecognizing that without our loyal employees our business would not be a fruitful one. Job security and satisfaction is very important to our business and open communication among our employees and staff is always welcome. Due in part to this philosophy, we've managed to retain nearly 100% of the original employees. We find pride in this. We are fortunate to both value and be valued by both our employees and business relations.
