My son ordered 150 enamelware coffee mugs to be printed on with his wedding date and a picture as gifts for his wedding guests. This was after many emails and much to-ing and fro-ing with the company rep, Erica Yang.
He sent the artwork and US$200.
A few days later a box of Chinese rubbish that you would find in a $1 store was received. Part of his wedding budget is blown. Total rip off. Even though it doesn't seem like a lot of money, I paid for this and am a pensioner. Totally disgusted.
Apart from the loss of money, the disappointment is huge as we were all excited about the mugs we had ordered and spent many hours negotiating about and designing artwork.
Buyer beware especially in these days of so many scam artists.
