Do EVERYTHING in writing!! Send by certified mail, return reciept requested and put the certified# on the letter itself, keep a copy for your records. Get a statement in writing from your mechanic. SMALL claims court is next. On your days off work, you can sit out front and tell every prospective customer what happened to you.
