I started talking to Mr.Sakalis in November of 08.

He informed me that he could help in getting in and home

with the help of his investers. He said he's been doing this for 17 years and does not have and bad record. I told him I was in and one room motel w/children. And that I need somewhereto stay ASAP.

He informed me to put the money in his bank account and we would go from there he talked about all the thing's he would do and for me to find and house in the area I wanted to stay in. And how much I would like to pay, so I did just that. Then he tell's me that I could only look for homes that were for sale by owner only. Not to look at the one's on his web. And I should try another area,I told him I needed to be close to my family because of the kid's.To end I'm still in that one room motel w/children and out of $995.00.

On November 20th the GREC (Georgia Real Estate Commission) revoked your Broker License and before that they sanctioned you.  While you  may be the CEO of Vision Quest you are not allowed to conduct business as a broker or an agent.  Which you have been doing even with your licensed revoked.

If anyone has been ripped off by this person dealing with property or money I urge you to contact the GREC and let them know.  The more people who come forward and report your dealings with Jim Sakalis to the GREC may help others and yourself in getting your issue resolved.

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, November 10, 2010

The owner of this original report goes by the name, Latricia Montgomery. Contrary to popular believe she wants to deceive the public into thinking that Vision Quest Realty took advantage of her.

What Latricia Montgomery failed to mention is that Vision Quest did everything we agreed to do. In fact, we have a binding contract signed by Ms. Montgomery for a property we found for her, negotiated for her and got accepted for her through the listing agent representing the home owner ( seller ). Latricia Montgomery had breached the contract which puts her in default of the contract.

Latricia Montgomery lied to us about her financial ability to move into a property. In addition, she has refused to remove this report from this website that allows people to post slanderous information about us.

Anyone who wants more information about the true store and or want a copy of our contract that SHE signed I am more than happy to provide it to you.

Anyone thinking of doing business with Latricia Montgomery and like the manner in which she deceits people and waste their time feel free to contract her directly at: 404-317-5125 Or her work if in fact she really works there 770-774-8570  You can also reach her at her email: [email protected]

I can me reached about any of our programs at [email protected] or visit our website at: www.visionquestproperty.com

FYI-

Bloggers beware - Posting false information may

become a crime.

In this article title Push

to criminalize false into on Web we see that its currently not

a crime to defame people by publishing false information about them

on the web.

The state's Office of the Attorney General

confirmed that Tuesday: You can seek relief by filing a

defamation or harassment suit in civil court, but there are no

criminal statutes in place.

This has become a huge problem because poor

scum who are judgment proof and who cannot be hurt by civil

defamation lawsuits have free reign to destroy people lives and

reputations.  This may soon change and the judgment proof scum may

face criminal charges and prison time.

Assemblyman Kevin O'Toole, R-Wayne, has

drafted a bill making it a crime to knowingly post false

information about another individual on a Web site. Such a law

would be privacy-based, similar to one on the books making it

illegal to observe and photograph individuals in bathrooms or

dressing rooms.

Publishing false information about people can

ruin their professional reputations and business competitors have

been resorting to vicious libel for years on the web without fear of

jail time.  The push to criminalize web scum has taken on new

importance since children have been murdered because of false

information about them on the web:

But he argues for greater controls

overall, citing the death of Judy Cajuste, 14, of Roselle. Her

body was found in a Newark trash bin in January, and police are

pursuing the possibility she met a disguised killer through an

online social networking site.

Victims of web libel and defamation applaud this new bill which

would give law enforcement the power to arrest and jail "anonymous"

people who publish falsehoods about victims.
