Jim's Auto Sales Inc. Jim's Auto Sales Sold me a Jeep that was dangerous to drive and missing parts Harbor City, California
These people are a bunch of criminals. They sold me a jeep that was missing parts and dangerous to drive.
When I purchased the jeep they promised me a 30 day warranty. Then after the papers were signed and I paid cash they said no warranty because they gave me a good deal.
They promised me a new top with the jeep but the one they gave me didn't fit. When I called and told them about it they gave me the runaround and didn't return my calls. The new top cost me about $1000 to replace.
The jeep was missing the rear track bar. After driving it to the desert and back on a 4 hour trip with my wife and daughter in the car I took it to the local 4x4 shop because it felt loose on the road. The shop told me that the rear track bar was missing and that the jeep was dangerous to drive and we're lucky we didn't have an accident.
Other missing parts:
Front indicator lights
Master brake cylinder cap (needed to replace the entire master cylinder)
Passenger side sun visor.
Other problems:
After inspection by the 4x4 shop it was discovered that the entire suspension package was installed incorrectly. The angles on the drive shaft are incorrect and binding. The coil springs mounted incorrectly. The total bill to make the car road worthy is at $1000 and still climbing.
These people are complete criminals!! Purchase a car from them at your own peril. These people are the most underhanded slimy used car salesmen I have ever encountered.
They are crooks looking for their next unsuspecting victim to ripoff!!!
I have pictures, work orders, and a shop willing to put in writing all the issues with the Jeep if anyone is interested.

Just found out today that the front suspension is not installed correctly either. Need to pay another $800 to align the drive shafts and re-install the track bar. The jeep has been in the shop for over two weeks now.
