JJ Fence Co, JJ Landscaping, JJ Services, JJ Concrete & Fence Lied, delayed and misled by contractor with failure to complete projects Longmont CO Colorado
My family contracted JJ Fence (a.k.a. JJ Landscaping, JJ Services, among other aliases, run by Juan Jose Arredando). We initially trusted him because he seemed like a good guy but quickly found out that he is in fact, dishonest conman who repeated lied and deceived my family and attempted to extract more and more money as the project continued. Over a three month period, Juan's crew would work a few days, then disappear for weeks at a time. We constantly had to beg him to return and finish the work. His crew would leave trash all over our property, including piles of beer cans. Once, his crew showed up on a weekend and claimed that Juan hadn't paid them and was not returning their calls. Juan would make secondary verbal deals such as "I’ll throw in a fire pit, I won’t ask for more money until it’s done, If my guys aren’t here you can take money off”, and reneg on all of them. They eventually completed one of these projects many weeks late, but again he and his crew disappeared after asking and receiving thousands of dollars. At our wits end, we finally resorted to consulting a local Boulder attorney and gave Juan one more chance to complete the work, even though the contracts had been long since invalidated. Of course, he demanded even more money, and never returned, not even to collect his old tools or trash. In summary, JJ Fence violated both contracts and eventually abandoned both jobs leaving my family to repair his work and to employ another contractor to clean up his mess. For your own peace of mind, please do not engage JJ Fence, JJ Landscaping, JJ Concrete or any company owned by Juan Jose Arredando who resides either in Longmont, Co or Miliken, Co.
