I ordered my daughters prom dress from this site. when it arrived it was nothing like the picture on the website. The stones that were in the picture on the dress were lace in real life once the item arrived. I immediately contacted the website the same day the dress was received due to the 7 day return policy  which was on a Thursday afternoon. Each day we sent emails for fear of this happening. The company did not email me back until the following Tuesday requesting pictures which i thought was a big game because they know what they sent. I sent the pictures back and they told me that its easy to return items in my country if i don’t like them but not there. Then after another email they tried to negotiate 30% of the refund which was totally unacceptable. i paid full price, contacted them in enough time so i don’t feel the need to have to negotiate my money. I then went back and forth and they sent another email that looked prepopulated offering  50% off of my next purchase. I informed them that i would not be making another purchase from them if they sold dog clothes and i wanted my money back. finally they said i could get my money back once I send it back. i went to the post office and it was over 200.00 to ship back to china more than what i paid for it. They then emailed me and told me they don’t sent return labels and it would be done by way of coupon code. i am so disgusted my daughters prom is in 19 days.
