Hi Dave, Take them to small claims, it's the quickest way to retrieve your funds. Ask for the maximum amount allowed in your state, and when you go to court, ask for "Treble" damages, (3x's) the amount. They must appear to argue it. Also the contract is void due to their breach, for non performance, so that nulifies the arbitration clause. they must also appear to argue that if they so choose. I've been haunting them for four years, and will continue to do so. I get nothing out of this but satisfaction. I am presently preparing a brief for the Postal Inspectors office, and the Justice Department Fraud Division. I have also given Monica Linder notice of this but she thinks I'm just a pain in the ---. Read the Rico Act, JK Harris should receive a lot of awards for the way they qualify under it. I'm not a lawyer, so maybe I'm wrong, but I guess the Justice Deparment can tell me. Peter Salem, MA

Spare yourself the time of leaving the obligitory 'We want to help rebuttle. You actually get paid for leaving that useless message on here? Maybe if your company spent as much time doing what you say you will rather than addressing complaints you would get paid more. Who ever decided that it was abusive to investigate your company must have really enjoyed the weekend at the beach. Karma is coming, Id check my 401K if i were you.
