JMD Toys - Out Of This World Toys Did not adhere to order cancellation, then shipped wrong item, now will not respond to attempts to return for credit RIPOFF Port Jefferson New York
My wife order skates from JMD Toys, accidently indicating overnight delivery. I emailed and called prior to shipment shipping to cancel this order. JMD agreed to cancel. Later we recevied the order with wrong size of skate, and was charged for overnight express delivery. I have tried repeatedly to call and email, but they will not respond.
The total amount I need refunded is $59.24
