Joancee Jewelry Money scam New York Internet
Ordered a ring for over $100 and still have yet to receive it. I've tried calling the number on their main page but the line just rings and rings and rings, not even an answering machine picks up. Sometimes I'll get a busy signal the when I call back it just rings again. I've tried emailing them and they sent me back a coupon to use to shop for more jewelry and didn't even put anything in the return email that concerned my issue. So I tried their online chat and the representitive then tells me "one moment please" but never gets back online doesn't say a word after that. I have no way to contact this company about my money or my ring and I will find a way to have it shut down. I've read other reviews after placing my order that other people have had the same problem about not getting anything after they've paid for it too. Only a few people said they got their ring but I think the posts are just the faces that run Joancee's to boost their reviews. Very upset!
