Joanna told us she would close our loan immediately and asked for upfront fees. She completely lied to us and never called us back. She told us of all these lenders she had and that she was in the buss. for many years. She could not produce one deal closed for a reference in the last 2 years. Dont believe anything she tells you. Her and her daughter lie about everything.

I have never taken upfront money from any clients. Nobody ever lost their home due to me or my company. I am not that kind of broker that handles home loans. If you think I have cheated you out of any funds please call me and I will refund all your money.
