Job.com / Resume Zapper.com Rude/poor customer complaint resolution/investigation Internet
When doing business with Job.com or their sister company Resume Zapper.com, if one files a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau, Job.com/Resume Zapper.com will forward the complaint for investigation to the same individual against whom one complained. They don't seem to understand that there is an obvious conflict of interest/lack of objectivity to have the same person that the complaint was filed against, ALSO investigate/resolve the complaint. They just switch employee titles and all of a sudden a previous "Customer Service Representative" becomes a "Supervisor" - even if it is the same person. One person will wear different hats.
Very poor customer service and professionalism. Stay away from them.
