This is another internet ripoff, software that says it will increase the speed of your internet connection. Called Internet Cyclone 1.82. It actually slows it down, all for $30.00 No money return. Stay away from this one, Pure ripoff

Request of refund was send after 4 days after the we received the email of the request.

Our return policy is that the customer can request a refund in 2 days of the date of purchase with no question asked. If this is a bad return policy or not I don't know but this is our policy. We set this policy because we use a third party system that handles the payment processing and it charges a fee for every order. This fee is around 10 US (order fee + taxes) per order, fee that we are support if the refund request is in 2 days. I think that in our case this is a reasonable return policy. I want to clarify that every customer when want to buy the product can read this return policy and if continues the order process it means that he accept this return policy. What is the scope of return policies if not to be respected? This person sends us an email requesting a refund after a week and we tried to explain the situation but never responded to the email. Anyway because we never confronted with such a situation we decided to refund the money to this person and on 1 July 2004 we send a refund request to the company that handles our payment but this was delayed because on first day of every month the balance is set to 0.00$ and the request has to be made manually of the employees of the third party company. And if i understood correctly they didn't work in weekends and until today 5 July 2004 (I think because 4 July). So this person received his money on 5 July 2004. If only he responds to the emails or if he send us another email requesting a refund all this had been avoided. I don't think that this is a pure ripof as this person said.
