WOW! What a Horrible Company. I saw them in my neighborhood one day trimming trees and asked them to give me a bid on my tree work. The owner walked over to my house walked around and gave me a price. I then asked when he could do the work and he said next week. Then he wanted my email to send the bid to so I gave it to him. Well 3 weeks went by and no one showed up so I sent an email asking when they were coming, They said they would be by in about a week. Well that week went by and then I got an email saying they were going out of town and will be by the following week after their vacation. They finally (6 weeks later) showed up walked around for 1 minute got in their truck and left. I called to see what they were doing and a hour later I get an email saying they did not have a tall enough ladder to get to my palm trees so they left. I guess the other tree work they were supposed to do also was to tall. Those trees are barely taller than my roof. I have never had a company put me off for 6 weeks and then say they wont do the work. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY LIE ABOUT IT ALL!!!! I think they under bid the job and then don't have the guts to tell me that after putting me off for 6 weeks because they are lazy!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM EVER

Unfortunately, his job did get delayed for an extended period of time and I have apologized for that to him over and over. We did come to his home and realized that our 28' ladder was about 2-3' too short to be able to get up in the palm tree and hold the seed pods as they were being cut and preventing them from falling through his screened enclosure directly below the palms. We did not trim the other tree he mentioned because we thought there is no reason to pay us to do half of the job and then pay someone else to do the palms.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and that you are still upset about it after a couple of weeks. I fail to see how that is a rip off or how that makes us untrustworthy, lazy, liars. We did not take any money from you! It was not a rip off just and inconvenience. We did make a mistake in judging the height of the palm trees and again for that we apologize. We are only human and sometimes we make mistakes.
