I meet Joe Percario when I was looking to change the front window of my house and also if price was right for me, also do the driveway. He really talks very nicely about the family bussines, and he was in details on how his grandfather started building up the bussines and later on his father joing and much later on himself also star working with them. He sold his self very well and nothing he say was true. Also the prices were very high also but all I was looking for was a good WOODEN solid quality window from the front of my house.
1) He said that the windows they sale in his company they ensamble by them ONLY.
2) He show a total of 4 windows the last one he show me has 3 layers or pannes of glasses he also had with him at the time a infrared light to which he educated me the difference in the more pannes of glass the more it keep the cold or the heat out. Being that this was the actual problem I have with the old window( from the 60's) which was there when I bought the house 3 years ealier. I was very excited he asked me how did I would like my new window to look??? I wanted a bay window with 3 pannes of glass with some type of gas in between them that not only helps to keep the different temperature out also it clean between the glasses, then he asked how did you wanted the window3 to close/open up and down or sideways I told joe that I want 4 sleeves to open in a vertical way, then he say did you want the small bay or the wide one, my respond was I want the wide one cause my cats also can use it to sun bathed. He agreed then he say that at the time of the instalation I could desired what wood color finish I want to choose that match better with my taste,
that never hapen the window is not Wood is white plastic it doesn't have 4 sleeves is a double panne window with no gas in between as the one he sold me or to the one I pay for $4500.00 yes he charge me FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a window that was never install it took for ever to get the work done as per Joe cause they needed to order to the factory those messurements. Then he also did my driveway another nightmare I still have the panphlets on which it show a beatiful driveway very profetionaly done the one his people did in my house I have grass growing thru it in the side walk they left such a unlebel side that when we have hurracaine Irene the water from my back yard instead to flow easily in this site and run thru the driveway to the street it gets back up and end up flodding my family room in the back of the house a total disaster it left you with a sence total taken for a ride this is beyond RIPOFF. His people tell me that the window price is not over $1500 to $1800 dollars those window didn't even have the company name or signature and what is worse they has to come back too many times to make it feat to one side the guys ultemaly cuts the rubber edge to make it close, that window only have 2 sleeves and a picture frame stile in the center that is definatly what I don't wanted.

This rebuttal is from Me the owner of Joe Percario General Contractor LLC... I personaly spent good patiant time exsplaing the differances as types ,styles, colors and shapes of windows to this woman. She told me that she had other contractors demo her and understood and liked what we had to offer... In the end my deal with her was all very clear with manufactures info, web site etc, and all in writting on our/her contract...Look this was a 5 min job from my office and the job was for resurfacing a drive way with back top and installing a thermopane wood grain color vinyl bay window. For her to say when it was delivered that she thought it was real wood was nuts. I went over it all at the time of sale and handed her samples of vinyl corner cuts of the actual window. We spoke about the manufacture in Ohio, etc,etc, etc... Her problem was she didn't want to pay and she didn't in the end anyway... I got ripped off not her. Look were in the buisness for 60+ years with thousands of very happy customers and every year there is that one..... I dont think this lady ever had the money and put up a continual smoke screen that drove my people crazy. She makes belive that she is in the dark. The truth be told she is a husler... Any one can call me and I'll dive you by her home myself and show you the great work she didn't pay for...
