- The entire gas line had to be dug up. 110 ft to attach a tracer wire required by code.
- The portion of the roof he worked on had to be ripped out and replaced do to shotty workmanship. The portion of the roof he did nothing with caused water damage to the ceiling.
- The entire 50' drainage line had to be ripped up and replaced because it was not properly graded.
IF HE RIPS YOU OFF FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ARIZONA ROC! I'm currently wainting for a court appearance. Stop this kid from ripping off more people. This is ridiculous.

This little kid goes around ripping people off in the phoenix area. He also wanted a down payment after contract signed and then stopped answering phone calls and never showed up. He also has a record. It looks like he's been taken to court several times.
