JOEL BRADFORD I was looking for information on home forclosures and here is a site that says " Dont spend a dime on forclosure sites without reading this report" so i did! that is used on forclosure web sites Internet
I read Joel Bradfords information on the #3 Shady Tactics used by forclosure sites and they fit every one i saw or tried! Which include monthly fees and 7 day trials. As i read his report i thought he knew alot since he has been a REALESTATE AGENT AND INVESTOR FOR 26 YEARS. I tried the site he uses personaly that gives me REAL access to forclosure listing. So, for $35.00 a one time fee i joined. NO where did his report say that SEIZED REAL ESTATE.com was a site that MAINLY LIST LINKS to other property sites that do exactly what he SAYS TO AVOID!!!! In order for me to get any use from this one time fee i have to join for one of those monthly fees or 7 day trials Mr. Bradford just told me was one of the SHADY TACTICS. MR. BRADFORD should be SHADY TACTIC #4!!!! "YOU PAY ME SO YOU CAN PAY THEM"!!! His report is a disguise. He shows you several home listings and goes on about how you can access to REAL forclosure listings. ok, so for my $35.00 i got 13 home listings and a ton of (pay links) to find the rest!!! WHAT A DEAL!!!! I say what a JOKE!
