Seems this anonymous complainer is confused as to the purpose of this site. Poor quality of work or tardiness does not constitute being "ripped off." Nothing in the complaint specifies that the company did not do the work, only that the consumer was not satisfied with the method and outcome. Seems better suited for a BBB complaint. On his site, the lack of specifics just seems like liable. Joel Strickland Production has a long track record of quality work.
