Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have read ripoff reports concerning John Beck's Mentoring of America. Reading these reports made me physically ill. Amounts ranging from $6000.00 to $7000.00 were reported.

I was charged $14,970.00!!! This is probably due to my credit rating and available credit limits. I now feel even worse knowing that I have been cheated for more than double the amount that others have been charged. Why such a discrepancy in the amount charged? This only adds fuel to this fire which needs to be distinguished ASAP.

How does this company decide one person six grand and another person almost fifteen grand for what is the exact same thing?

Please put these con artists out of business to save anyone else the heart ache, mental anguish, and loss of sleep that I have endured with John Beck's "Fleecing of America"

Did you complete all of the steps I have suggested in order for you to see your $14,970.00 back from Mentoring of America? I can't help you if you just disappear and never keep me up to date on what's going on with your situation.

An inside messege from a former Mentoring of America employee

Here is a messege that I found on another website about Mentoring of America and how they operate behind the scenes. This came directly from a former Mentoring of America employee who quit the job because of how fradulent these people are. I have copied and pasted her exact messege as she wrote it: MESSEGE FROM A FORMER MENTORING OF AMERICA EMPLOYEE 10/28/2006 - Michelle writes: Actually this was my third, and last week, working with "Mentoring of America", llc. There is no John Beck Real Estate Office. What everyone says is true. Working there, I call people and try to qualify them. Anyone that is willing to tell you their financial situation is qualified if you have credit. I am a real estate agent. I went there hoping it was legit. It's not. The place is just very sleazy. Most of the workers there are drug addicts. They are just the scumiest lowlifes you can think of. I believe in ethics and customer service and this dump is just the opposite. The "star" salesman is Bobby []. He's an ex-con that got out of jail about six months ago for nonpayment of child support. He comes to work high. He's completely unethical and will say literally anything to get a sale. He lies through his teeth. The Chaz guy someone referred to is Charles [], a 21 year old boy. He has never had any schooling, but is quite a charmer. He also lies pathologically and tells customers he has Beck houses and employees, when he actually still lives with his mom but drives a Benz thanks to all of you. Then there's Debbie, a 53 year old meth addict with the maturity of a kindergartener before naptime. I hate her. She rifles though other's desks and listens to other's phone messages to steal their "deals". They never refer to people as people. The refer to them as "eight pounders" for those that spend 8000, and so on. 12 G's is a "12 pounder". When they are talking to customers, they actually make fun of how stupid they are and laugh like idiots. Bobby is shameless. They lie so much it's nauseating. These losers are taking your hard earned money. Please do not buy. I intend to turn them into the real estate division for calling themselves a real estate office and the commission. I hope they get raided and shut down. They are located in an almost abondoned building in Las Vegas. They don't use computers and have no paper trail at all. The people in my office aren't even rude, compared to the main office in Utah. You should hear what people on my call list say about the Utah offices. There's three of those. The Florida address is a post box. Please don't buy from these scumbags.

The reason for the huge price variation everyone has paid is simple. They base the price on how much open credit your credit cards have.

Jim, That's right. The sole reason why people on this site have paid as little as $1,500 and as much as $15,000 for the exact same John Beck coaching done by Mentoring of America is because they base the price on how much open credit you have on your credit cards, or how much available money you have in your bank account. I was charged $7,000 plus for the exact same thing you paid $14,970 for only because that's what I told the lowly John Beck salesman who sold me this garbage I had. This is complete BS and fraud. Jim, remeber when that sleazy, lowly salesman from the offices of John Beck first called you on the phone about this coaching program and kept asking you about your credit cards and their limits before wanting to tell you how much this was going to cost? That right there Jim is where they determined the price you where going to pay. You paid $14,970.00 only because that's close to what you revealed to them you had available on your credit card(s) limit. If you would have only had $1,500 they would have charged you $1,500. If you would have had $5,000 they would have charged you $5,000, get it? They know that everyone is different financially and credit wise, so they don't put a set price on this program, which is fraud. Instead they will set the price on a individual basis depending on how much open credit you have on your credit cards. This is complete fraud. When you go buy someting at the store, the chasier does not charge each person a different price for the exact same product based on how much open credit or money you have. Mentoring of America does just that with this real estate coaching program for John Beck. This explains why you can be charged anywhere from $1,500 to $15,000 or more for the same thing another guy got for thousands less. And it also explains why you paid more than twice as much as me $14,970, and I paid just over $7,000 for the exact same thing. Yet another person on this site that just posted an update again today and just back $9,700 in refund from Mentoring of America.
