Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I can't believe I fell for it. Will someone please respond and tell me the exact course of action i need to take to resolve this. Of course it sounded good, but i was intentionaly lead to believe that this coach would be coming to see me. That this coach had 12 years of experience, blah blah blah, when i realized that it was a scam and lies on top of lies I called and they didn't answer so i left two messages for Brady Williams the guy who conned me into it. Since i received no reply to it, i have written two e-mails explaining my situation to them. I have received no reply from them. What do I need to call and tell my credit card company, i can wait for a while to get the money back, but I'm not sure what to tell the credit card company, any help will be greatly appreciated.

I can't believe I fell for it... hmmm... for some reason i just wanted to believe that people don't mislead other people... telling me that it was GUARANTEED MONEY, i was an idiot.

Please Help...

p.s. I aplogize if i've submitted this report twice, and once to the wrong place

Hey Everyone, I hope that this message finds you in good spirit and health. Telephone mentoring, consulting, coaching or whatever else these crooks are deciding to call it nowadays, did not exist ten years ago and sure as hell does not exist today. Even IF one did, chances of the program having a success rate greater than 1/2 of 1/2% is slim to nada. These companies when attacked, claim to be in the business of selling "information". They are profiting from the sales of their program and more times than not, a non existent "mentoring" service. The John Beck Mentoring Program is a prime example of a fraudulent company, marketing a fraudulent and non existent "mentoring" program. This unscrupulous company markets their program which is total crap, to lure unsuspecting victims to call their toll free number. When someone does so, he or she is questioned in regards to their credit history, amount of credit cards, credit limit, etc, etc. Available line of credit is the only thing that these crooks are really interested in, for if you'll notice, the investments tremendously vary from victim to victim. The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute is by far the most dishonest, unethical and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They hide behind traps (clauses) contained in their contracts, in attempt to legally steal money. Infomercials, contracts, disclosures which contain fine print and or hidden clauses are all good indications of a company, engaging in fraud. Fine print in itself, is a blatant attempt of deception. The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute and their crap offer, goes far beyond just a fraudulent and deceptive infomercial. They are literally in the extortion business. They will attempt to milk an individual for his or her entire line of credit, by conning them into investing his or her entire line of credit into their fraudulent program. They will use whatever means necessary and will also flat out lie, regarding their statements of facts. I know this to be a fact, otherwise, they would have succeeded in retaining my investment through our dispute. But they failed miserably to prove, that what they are marketing has any legitimacy what so ever. Hey Mike Evans, GO F#CK YOURSELF!! Who's laughing now!! Sorry about that everyone.... just venting. The thing that pisses me off the most about the Fraudulent John Beck Mentoring scam, is the fact these arrogant thugs are attempting to blow me off as just another complaint. Sorry to say, I am not your typical complainer, and I am never going away until this is resolved to the best of my satisfaction. If anyone needs assistance in obtaining a refund from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, please feel free to contact me through this website. Any deceptive trade attorney, or media company, that would be interested in my story, please feel free to contact me as well. I am now requesting $9.8 million dollars, after taxes and growing exponentially, to calm my nerves and finally bring some closure to this scam. Sorry, I do not except bribes. This is not a "payoff" or attempt to black mail. This is money owed to me, for wasting much of my precious time. Also for much aggravation, stress, lost wages, postage, printing, possibly throwing my life into another direction, and all other expenses, that I have incurred as a result of this scam. Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless each and every one of you.

Dispute The Fraudulent Services Immediately!!

#3Consumer Suggestion

Hey there Nathaniel, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirit and health and I'm really sorry to hear that this fraudulent company has once again caught another victim. Immediately phone your credit card's dispute department (number on back of card), and notify them, that you are interested in disputing the charges based on quality of services. Trust me, they cannot win such a dispute, because there is absolutely no way for them to actually prove, that their service, if any has been rendered at all, is the procurring cause for anyone's success. I have already dealt with this fraudulent company and have easily rolled them over in a credit card dispute. They have absolutely nothing, but will desperately try to manipulate the dispute process and drag it out for as long as they possibly can, in hopes that you will give up and throw in the towel. Whatever you do, DO NOT sign any contracts that they send you. Use it as toilet paper and send it back to them. If I were you, I wouldn,t worry about the dispute, because as I have stated earlier, they have absolutely nothing. They are going to continually submit items on their behalf, all of which, have absolutely nothing to do with a "quality of service" dispute, therefore, cannot win anyone over. Contracts, invoices, etc, etc, are all irrelevant to a "quality of service" dispute, but are items which they will continue to furnish on their behalf, which clearly demonstrates desperation on their part. There is no possible way, that a program that has once been proven fraudulent by someone and their credit card dispute department, possibly be legitimate to others. Trust me, I didn't win my dispute by chance. It took me over nine and a half months of anger, frustration, literally changed my life, possibly for the worst, and that is why I am holding this fraudulent company responsible for paying me an enormous fee to squash the situation. $9.8 milllion, NO JOKE!! I want to give this fraudulent company something to really laugh about... and that is their SCAM OPERATION (the truth). I have now become a malignant tumor, that will continue to cling on the smelly asses of the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, until this situation has been resolved to the best of my satisfaction. They will now have to pay to have me removed. JUST A LITTLE ABOUT THE JOHN BECK SCAM AND HOW IT WORKS: The initial package, that's being peddled through the fraudulent infomercial, is just an expensive invite into yet another fraudulent and non existing "mentoring" program. The infomercial is totally fraudulent, in that it totally misrepresents the product and fails to disclose the fact, that their "mentoring" is necessary to supposedely comlete ones training. The infomercial is fraudulent, in that it is very misleading and deceptive and has been produced in such a way to lure unsuspecting victims into believing, that the product that's being peddled are all that's required in order for someone to succeed. The infomercial is fraudulent, in that it has many fine print (hidden disclosures), that are often just a mere flash or blur across the screen. The offer is fraudulent, in that their "3 day right to cancel" clause can't be exercised by consumers. Instead, they force people into long disputes with their credit card companies, in hopes that some will eventually give in to the the long and grueling dispute. Their "3 day right to cancel" is fraudulent, in that during the three days after one has enrolled into their fraudulent program, he or she will either be given the run around or have their call unanswered. This fraudulent company have also implemented a "NO CANCELLATION" clause in their contract, which literally channels each and every dissatisfied consumer into a dispute of some sort. This "NO CANCELLATION" clause is used as a trap. I could literally go on forever as to why the John Beck Program is a scam. but will stop here for space saving purposes. Bottom line is the program is a scam. I have proven it once before, and can and will do it over and over again. Remember Nathaniel, immediately phone your credit card dispute department to dispute all charges. If you feel comfortable in doing so, phone the John Beck Mentoring Institute to end all ties, so that they will stop calling your home or cell phone to harrass you, or worst yet, attempt to talk you out of disputing the charges. Notify them that all calls or attempts to contact you must cease, or you'll have them reported to the nuisance bureau. Also notify them that a copy of your report will be sent to any and all government and government law enforcement agencies imaginable. Do send your report to as many agencies as you possibly can. Feel free to make copies of any of minds, which you feel may support your claims. Don't worry, as I mentioned earlier, I rolled the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute like sushi, so you can rest assured, that my claims are legitimate. Once the dispute process begins, just kick back and enjoy the long wait. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, post them through the rebuttal box and I will respond to them as soon as time permits. Until next time, take care Nathaniel and everyone else cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.
