===================== NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

===================== John Beck, Real Estate System I am Joining the long list of those scammed, Why is something not done???? RIPOFF Alameda California

OK, This is going to sound like a lot of you. I called my cc company MBNA soon after speaking to a sales person representing John Beck's Amazing profits. We looked on the computer. Only to see many people on many web sites were falsely promised the very same things we were. At the time I called mbna. This charge had NOT been posted on my account. We decided to put a stop on the card. I was told by mbna I could then get a new card with a different number. This way I was assured that the $8,485.00 would not be charged.

We did this so Beck could not use our new card number. I know, it only takes a couple of seconds to post a account with computers these days. We did all this, only to find out the amount was still deducted from our now new account. This new number was never given to Beck with our approval. We do not know why mbna would not honor our request?? And put us in this position.

They told me that the amount followed the new card. They want to play judge and Jury over OUR money. We called the person who sold us the program ( Mike Ray & Jeremy Foote). Ray told me that he sold us the program, he was done with us, and we did not need to call him again. No one would return our calls.

I did receive calls from people wanting to mentor us, and some wanted us to join a tax club for $1,500. than a monthly fee of $50.00. (this to was to be free with our program) I told each of these people that called, about what we were promised from the John Beck system. Each one said, they had know idea what we were promised. Because they were NOT from John Beck. They were reading from a card from their homes. Both that called had to stop and take care of their childeren. One had a new born. We were told that a professional would be calling and the calls were one hour not 10-15 min. we experienced. Plus it was to be 6 months or as long as it took for the first sale.

We were promised, that all of our $8,485.00 we would get back within 2-3 months. They gave us some web sites to look at. We need to pay to join them as well.(all these were to be free) And books we needed to get from the book store to read. I was a realtor at one time. If I did what they said, I would have opened ourselves up to law suits.

The system doesn't work in Indiana. We did dispute this with mbna. They sent us some papers from Mentors of America???Nothing mbna sent us was from John Beck systems. These are the sellers, not these mentors. So no one from the seller ever responded. What a mess. Mentors of America told us they were not from John Beck. So they can't tell my cc company what we were sold. How can they fight to get something they did not ever sell me???? Plus this was the first time we saw the bill. You will love this one.

They stated that the shipping & handling of a 3lb box was $485.00. I had the trk# and called fedex, the shipping was really $17.95. Is this not deception, illegal, extortion and unfair billing(FCBA)??? I don't no why my cc would want to do this to their reputation for John Beck?? I am mbna's customer, they should be looking out for my best interest Remember this Felecia S and Michelle M. Thank for any help.

About John Beck's Scam!

#5Consumer Suggestion

Thu, April 14, 2005

Hey there Everyone, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health. WARNING: There are no such thing as legitimate "wealth building" programs. Any and all programs or homebased businesses, that require a start up fee of some sort are scams. DO NOT fall for the "we do not make money unless you make money" bull$h!t! Fact is, a successful person or business would have nothing to gain by sharing their "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential claimed possible. EXAMPLE: Mike Evans (result of two cousins having engaged in sexual intercourse) fraudulently claimed, that a coach would start me on my way to a monthly income of $10,000.00-$15,000.00 and also assist me in fully repaying my investment of $6,400.00 in less than 6 months. Now why in the world would anyone with such knowledge be interested in "mentoring" total strangers to use his or her strategies at such a monetary loss? $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month for only $6,400.00? CAN EVERYBODY SAY SCAAAAAAAAAAM! The Real Estate programs being peddled via fraudulent Infomercials, by a band of imbreded crooks take it one step further in that the progams they shovel are UNPROVEN. Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

MBNA Is A Bunch Of Dirty Rats!

#6Consumer Suggestion

Thu, April 14, 2005

Hey there Doreen along with Everyone else, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health. DOREEN: I am wondering, you said you also had MBNA. Did you get your money back?? REID: Yes, I like yourself, would never give up and allow a fraudulent company like the John Beck Mentoring Institute to steal my money, especially if my credit card issuer "knowingly" surrendered my money to a fraudulent business. DOREEN: I also checked the cost of those real estate disc. You are right, they are not very costly. But I sure paid plenty for them. I must say, $480.00 for shipping a $17.95 package. Disc's at $1,400. that are $20.00. That's the Beck system. And what a system. REID: No computer discs are worth more than the computers themselves. LOL. John Beck's program is far more than just a Rip Off, it's a flat out scam! There are varying degrees of Rip Offs (cheating), that takes place by businesses from time to time. John Beck's Real Estate Programs on the other hand, like the many other diseases peddling their crap, are just deceptive door openers into programs that are non-existant. There is absolutely nothing legitimate about "wealth building" Real Estate programs. They're all just UNPROVEN systems, because a successful "guru" would have nothing to gain by sharing his or her "success strategies" to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" successful "gurus" so fraudulently claim. What exactly did these imbreeds promise you? $10,000.00 a month? $15,000.00 a month? That the program would pay for itself in less than six months? If any of this were true, why would this fraudulent company sell you, someone whom they never even met, their money making secrets, for whatever "available credit" you may have? DOREEN: I did dispute this timely with MBNA. I called them (MBNA) today. To tell them that I do not want any, and I mean any charges excepted on this card for no reason. I will never pay them anything more than I have to. If I do get my money back, I will use the card in the future. If not. They have told me that they do not need me as a customer. REID: It's really unfortunate, that someone from MBNA would tell you that "they do not need you as a customer." This doesn't surprise me one bit though. After all, MBNA is a bunch of dirty rats, who are no better than the very fraudulent businesses they assist in obtaining their cardholders money. I wouldn't worry about it Doreen. There are many other credit card companies out there with better interest rates, better customer service, and most importantly morals and ethics. MBNA obviously cares very little about customer service. Until next time, take care Doreen along with Everyone else cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

About The John Beck Scam!

#8Consumer Suggestion

Wed, April 13, 2005

Hey there Everyone, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health. WARNING: There's no such thing as legitimate "wealth building" programs being sold. 1. A person or business would have absolutely nothing to gain by sharing their successful "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" they claim possible. The fraudulent John Beck mentoring Institute's failure to accept my public challenge is undoubtable and irrefutable proof, that their program is fraudulent. 2. John Beck's Real Estate program, like the many other imbreeds peddling their crap, is UNPROVEN! As a matter of fact, John Beck's Real Estate program, like the many other imbreeds peddling their crap has been PROVEN fraudulent! 3. Better Business Bureau Memberships are PAID for and literally says, means or proves absolutely nothing regarding the legitimacy of a particular business. 4. Advertisements of all varieties are PAID for and literally says, means or proves absolutely nothing regarding the legitimacy of a particular business. 5. Merchant accounts are PAID for and literally says, means or proves absolutely nothing regarding the legitimacy of a particular business. 6. Not once has any of the "result of incest" beings (employees of the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute) come forward with an explanation as to why there are so many unresolved complaints against their company. 7. Not once has the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute been able to PROVE a dispute in their favor and successfully win a favorable decision. 8. Even John Beck's collection agency (EPN) is fraudulent, as they pick and choose their victims at random. In closing I would like to say, that there is absolutely nothing real or genuine about John Beck's Real Estate program, or any other Real Estate "wealth building" programs being marketed to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" so fraudulently claimed. Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Hey there Everyone, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health. WARNING: John Beck's Real Estate Programs are fraudulent! DO NOT be fooled by John Beck's title as an attorney! The fact that John Beck uses his status as an attorney says or means absolutely nothing! DO NOT be fooled by what the Better Business Bureau has to say about a particular business or rates a particular business. The Better Business Bureau is nothing but a third party "opinion". The Better Business Bureau's opinion is no "better", than the opinion of a friend's and in no way can be as important as the masses (general publics). The Better Business Bureau is a huge scam in itself! A fraudulent organization! The Better Business Bureau misleads the public into believing; 1. The businesses they represent must be reputable. FALSE! The Better Business Bureau collects membership dues from the very businesses that rip consumers off! 2. In the event of consumer disputes, the Better Business Bureau stands behind the consumers and satisfies complaints. FALSE! The Better Business Bureau is just a complaint gathering organization, that does not take action against their members. The Better Business Bureau never bites the hand that feeds them! Scam! Full of $h!t! The Better Business Bureau is literally a meaningless organization, which gets paid to say wonderful things about their "members" while hiding any and all complaints. DO NOT be fooled by Infomercials or any other type of media hype or advertisements. Always remember... avertisements of any and all varieties are PAID for and literally says and proves nothing! There is no such person or business selling legitimate "success strategies" to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed. If someone claims, that the "earning potential" of their program exceeds the cost of their program, the offer is fraudulent as it would make absolutely no sense for anyone to market their "wealth building" strategies to total strangers. John Beck's Free and Clear Real Estate program is definitely a scam! No legitimate business would have allowed this many complaints to have gone unacknowledged, unexplained, unresolved, unrectified or unsatisfied for such a prolonged period. Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Dispute The Fraudulent Charge Immediately Doreen!

#10Consumer Suggestion

Tue, April 12, 2005

Hey there Doreen & Dave, I hope that this rebuttal finds the both of you in good spirits and health. I am really sorry to hear, that the two of you have fallen into the trap of this Real Estate "mentoring" bull$h!t. I to, am a licensed Real Estate Professional. My license however, is currently on inactive status. My only wish, is that I had attended Real Estate school prior to contacting this fraudulent company. This way I would have immediately known just how delusional the employees of this fraudulent company really are. The tax club you speak of (mentioned) is just a silly computer disc, the title being TAX VANTAGE. No way can this disc be worth more than $15.00-$20.00. Contact your credit card company immediately and dispute the charge(s). It may take awhile and some work on your part, but the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute literally has nothing, that would insure them of a favorable decision. MBNA have also screwed me. I'd been specifically told by a woman from MBNA, that "the John Beck Mentoring Institute is a bad merchant." They knew this, but authorized the $6,400.00 transaction anyhow, just as they have your transaction. F%CK!NG BRIGHT PEOPLE I SWEAR!!! Direct your credit card company to this website. Also direct the FBI, FTC, Consumer Protection, Attorney General, and as many other government law enforcement agencies as you possibly can. Have them view the many unacknowledged, unresolved, unexplained and unrectified reports regarding the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute and their blatant fraudulent activities. Request to have an FTC agent investigate each and every report, to see the pattern and consistency of the fraudulent activities taking place. Also request to have an FTC agent pay special attention to certain names, that may consistently appear in many reports. Until next time, take care Doreen & Dave along with Everyone else cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless. P.S. It doesn't surprise me, that the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute have not responded and accepted my public challenge. I will take their failure to respond and accept my public challenge as a bow in deference. That will be the day... when McDonalds turns down a $27,000.00 profit, by failing to surrender just one Big Mac. Their flagship sandwich, which have been PROVEN to be a success for the franchise for many decades. LOL.
