On October 20, 2005, I allowed myself to be seduced by Chris Harwood into buying into John Beck's ASmazing Profits Real Estate Progtam, at a cost of $9.211.00. I was promised a guarantee that I would have my credit cards paid off in 60 days by buying property and reselling it.

Only after the ist mentoring session did I realize that none of the money paid by my credit cards (3-maxed) was available to buy property with. I called John Beck for a refund and was told that no refund would be issued because of my tape recorded acceptance.

I explained all this to my mentor, Jim Heninger and told him I wanted out, that I had no money to buy land with, and that all my available cards had been maxed out. He said he wanted to speak with his supervisor and would have some information for me next session, (sessions were on Wednesday at 6:00PM)

The following Wednesday, Jim said he had some GREAT NEWS, that his boss had agreed that I had been misinformed, and that they were going to buy my 1st property for me, AND....add 5 more mentoring sessions, which were extremely expensive. Jim said he couldn't believe they were doing all this.

Session 3 arrives and we go through the motions of "The Course" and after we visit a website, Jim explains that I need to know how to locate a property by it's legal definition and proceeds to walk me through one. It was in the sw1/4 of ne1/4 sec1. and told me a section was 10 square miles.. I was amazed, to say the least. Here is a guy teaching me to buy property who doesn't know that a section is one square mile, 640 acres.

I knew immediately, that I'd been had! He finished by telling me the property deal hasn't been approved yet, but will be. I called Citibank and spoke with the customer service lady and explained. She said a credit of $4,200.00 would be issued and she would send the forms for my signature.

I called BofA, and did the same thing, only this guy sounded skeptical, but would send out the forms aanyway. I was unable to get through to Household, but intend to. Anybody got any suggestions as to further action?

Just wanted to let everyone know I have had all three credit cards refunded except for $415.00. I think this is a small price to pay for the experience I have received. I would like to thank Reid personally, and everyone else who offered advice regarding my situation. I was out $8,100.00 and now it's down to $415.00. I would also like to thank the TAX CLUB for their understanding and prompt response with their refund. They were very adamant they were absolutely not a part of the John Beck Company and were more than happy to refund the money spent with their company. To all concerned, please investigate thoroughlly, any investment offered to you and do not become a player in the land sale scheme offered by the John Beck Company. Keep those credit cards in your pocket! Once again, thanks to everyone for your advice. If you are seeking refunds, be persistant and thorough, and keep good records. All I can say is "WHEW!!!! I'm glad this particular part of my life is over!!!"

Reid and all others... Thanks for the kind words of encouragement. I now have disputes filed with all card companies and am awaiting their investigations. In the meantime I have an Attorney interested in investigating a possible Class Action Lawsuit.

Hey there Everyone, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health. Chip is absolutely right about John Beck's tape recorded contract holding no water. John Beck's written contract is meaningless as well, because John Beck and his team of inbreeds are involved in a scam operation, whereby they are the ones in breach of the agreement by failing to render something of value. I signed John Beck's fraudulent contract and received all of my money back, because John Beck and his team of monkey's were totally unable to live up to their end of the agreement... And I'd do it again in a heartbeat, because I know what they're peddling is fraudulent. Yeah that's right, John Beck is just one mama f^cker out of thousands that purport to be mentoring total strangers to wealth for only a fraction of the profits they'll help you achieve. John Beck is a scam artist and it's a FACT. If John Beck were selling legitimate information don't you think he would have revised his contract by now. John Beck is an anti-incest poster inbreed. Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

James; I'm going thru the same thing only I wised up sooner. Please be advised that in a dispute over a chargeback, Visa does NOT reconize verbal agreements, recorded or otherwise. Please contact The Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox. An investigation is pending. Good Luck !Be glad to speak to you and give you any tips I can.

Hello there Everyone, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health. ALAN: I am confident the real pro, Reid, will chime in on this and help guide you. Or else read other posts and you can get ideas on how to do this. REID: LOL. Thank you Alan for the wonderful compliment. I wish I were a pro. Imagine what it would be like to be paid each and everytime one of John Beck's monkey's scammed someone. JAMES: The following Wednesday, Jim said he had some GREAT NEWS, that his boss had agreed that I had been misinformed, and that they were going to buy my 1st property for me, AND....add 5 more mentoring sessions, which were extremely expensive. Jim said he couldn't believe they were doing all this. REID: If Jim's boss were really intent on buying your 1st property for you, what in the world would he need you for? Wouldn't this inbreed turn around and flip the property for a larger profit himself? This program is a scam James and it's not just a matter of my opinion. This dispute is really an open and shut case. Direct your credit card company's dispute department to this website and have them view the many other reports regarding this scam. Explain to them that they should not let their money go so easily to fraudulent companies in the future. Such a retarded act could not possibly look good for the industry's so called "fraud protection", or any other "security measure" they decide to market and implement in the future. Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Hello James, I guess by now you realize that your mentors are at the most highschool dropouts that can not be employed by anyone else as they have zero skills. They can only follow orders on how to scam people. the good news is that because this is pure fraud you can get your money back as other people have done so. I am confident the real pro, Reid, will chime in on this and help guide you. Or else read other posts and you can get ideas on how to do this. You may have to get into the trenches with them but do not give up. alan
