This is the GOD honest truth. Do not be mislead by the phase "Oh, I purchased this property for $375.57". This could be true, but what John Beck CLEARLY FAILS TO STATE in his infomercial, is that you are required, after you purchase the program 39.95+ S&H, that you will be hassled buy a "qualifier" to put up an initial investment of $4,000.00 to $8,000.00 so you can be "helped and walked through the course".

As my story goes, I ordered and received the package/program. The frist thing I found after opening the box was a letter stating, "Congrats, on your way to financial freedom blah blah blah " then it goes on to say to call a toll free number to speak with a "counselor/qualifier". I called, and a female answered and stated "what is your name and phone No.?" I gave it to her and then she states, "You will get a call from a counselor/qualifier within 15 to 20 min. Yeah... how about waiting 1hr 45 min.

To make this story short me and the

guy "counselor/qualifier" went at it because he states that "The only way you are going to make money is if you put up an initial investment of $4,000.00 to $8,000.00 to become successful in 6 months. I mean the guy has no sense of a sales pitch. You can smell the Bull SH*T coming a mile away. So I told him why don't I just take that initial investment and open up an account on eTrade. My odds of a return would be more favorable. He hung up the phone right in my face.

Forget the B.B.B. that's hopeless. I am complaining strait to the FTC (Federal Trades Commission) in reference to this matter. My complaint will be that of John Beck Free & Clear System is a "Bait and Switch" scam tactic. His infomercial should not just state "results may vary" he should be forced to but "An initial investment of a substantial amount will apply.

In closing, I just would like to say to all of you who fall victim to these "infomercial scams" not to give up and search on the net for information complaints about such infomercial scams.

Fraudulent Company With A Bogus Offer!

Hey there Everyone, I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirit and health. What Marlene has stated about fraudulent companies filing bankruptcy is 100% true however, fraudulent companies and the crooks behind all of them, can never escape the reputation that follows them for the rest of their lives. The greatest feeling is knowing, that scam artists subject themselves to being targets to whatever comes their way, and they deserve it!! They can run, but they can't hide and to me... that feeling is worth more than all the money in the world. Personally, I'd hate to have to constantly be looking over my shoulder. Having to constantly worry about being knifed at a nightclub, or possibly even guned downed while innocently walking from my scam office to my vehicle. Kinda sucks if you ask me. No amount of money in the world is worth that kind of paranoia. I know of people being killed over a can of beer and also very recently over an XBOX. Could you imagine how many people this fraudulent company have scammed? Worst yet, out of how many thousands of dollars? If you ask me, fraudulent companies like the John Beck Mentoring Institute and their not so intelligent employees, are f#ck!ng playing roulette, and since they insist on subjecting themselves to being targets of violent encounters, I am going to assist them, in accomplishing this, by continuing to post the truth about their fraudulent operation. Hey, no skin off my a*s and besides, this fraudulent company now owes me $9.8 million. Another great outcome of many successful disputes are that each and every time someone wins a dispute, it becomes much easier for everyone else that follows to do the same. Successful disputes also has the potential to put an end to such ridiculous programs. Last but not least, not only are the reputations of scam artists diminished, the type of program they're attempting to peddle also slowly looses much credibility. Until next time, take care Marlene cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless. Once again congratulations on your victory over the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute. P.S. Sorry I'm not crazy. Just having another one of my episodes, as a direct result of being scammed by this fraudulent company.

I was ripped off but received all my money back from Master Card and AMerican Express

I ordered the John Beck package for about $58 and then was contacted by a company from Provo, Utah promising personal lessons and guidance. Ten lessons cost $7000!! I am embarrassed to say that I fell for it and put the charges on three cards: two Master Cards and a small amount of my American Express. Needless to say, they did not deliver as promised and when I asked for another instructor, nothing ever happened. I called Master Card and AMerican Express and three months later they had investigated and found in my favor. If you have used a credit card, do this now. It's a bit of paperwork but well worth it. The company did try to resolve the issue but I stood firm and rejected their proposal. You need to act as quickly as possible as I understand these scam artists usually file bankruptcy and go out of business and then you are truly left hlding the bag.
