At first I just let them take out payments because I was on the road. Then I had credit card Fraud and closed off the credit card. No call from them just a demand letter from North Shore Agency. When I called them up they said they tried. Well, they had my cell number with works quite well and has voice mail. Then I asked when where they going to do the mentoring of which I paid for. At this time they said thats was free and tuff dodo. Well, this was not what I was told and they played back the recording and didn't listen to it themselves. He stated it was a part of the package. Which I did not get. I told them Give me the mentoring and I will pay in full with no issue. This did not happen. North Shore started calling regardless of the dispute. Whats new. What ever you do. Do not deal with John Cummuta

I ordered the free CD approximately 5 years ago. I was NOT charged extra each month and was sent only the free CD. After reviewing the CD for a couple weeks I decided to order the entire syetm for a cost of $349.00. Once I received the box I ripped it open and listened to all of the CD's twice before instituting the program.
I understand that the information he gives you is simple, however how he lays it out was very helpful to me. I found that I did not need any help from his couselors so I never dealt with them. But I will tell you that I was able to follow his program to the letter and it worked. It took a good 9 months of discipline before I saw measured results.
I knew it was going to be hard, but I had to do it. I was able to drop our debt by 64% in just 4 years. I found a way to make extra money on the side and applied it toward my debt as well.
Nearly all of the complaints that I read seem to be with the customer service and not the system. I read FEW comments about people who actually tried the system. If they had they would have realized that it works and was worth the investment.
