John Gaines Money Master Finance ripoff, finance, funding Boston Massachusetts
Convinced me to give money to him, thousands of US dollars, in order to secure collateral for a loan. He claimed to have the funds available and needed only to secure the collatteral. He received the money from me and never delivered. Soon after I realized that he never had capacity to deliver. He gave false information in order to swindle the money from me.
I am aware that he also received money from another source and also did the same by not delivering.
There is more detail available and I will stand up to defend my rights in order to prosecute John Gaines.

It is true that not all clients get funding. When a client does not receive desired funding , they claim foul. There are ussually reasons for this. It is ussually due to some misrepresentations that they have made either in there business plan or during our due diligence process. We have a responsibility to protect the interest of both client and investor. If we find a problem, we first notify the applicant and allow them time to correct the problem, If they don't correct the problem, we warn them in writing . If they further don't comply, we terminate the relationship. MoneyMaster has in its contract the following statement: "We MoneyMaster Financial Corp. hereby commit ourselves with full legal and corporate responsibility to return the paid monies in full in the event of our inability to provide the aforementioned insurance pool rated A with rated insurers attached. In the event that the contemplated transaction cannot be bonded or completed due to any misrepresentations or fraudulent actions or illegal activities on the part of the beneficiary or any of its representatives /agents, MMFC shall be deemed to have earned the deposit as set forth herein." The Key word here is misrepresentations. Clients make statements that we use in our due diligence and underwriting process.....When these statements turn out not to be true, we can not be held liable. MoneyMaster keeps records of all loan requests and stands behind it's actions. Anyone with a complaint is welcome to have their legal council contact myself and or my attornies and review documents.
