JOHN WILEY PRICE is part of a group of criminals who operate as bottom feeding pond scum in the corrupt underbelly of Dallas County.
He ruins lives.
He accepts bribes and payoffs.
He makes money off of Delta Bail Bonds in Dallas.
He steals from the Government.
He demands that licensed bail bondsmen "donate" to his "kwanza fest" or they are "outed".
He destroyed the life of a man last spring who ran a great bonding company. That man's wife committed suicide over what this human garbage did. He lost everything.
