Do Not Board, Groom, or Vaccinate any of your animals at John's Creek Animal Hospital! As a former employee, I witnessed abuse of employees and animals by Dr. Kerry Buckley. Dont let the sweetness of his wife, Dr. Tumlin fool you. Her husband is a MANIAC!!

First, they dont board your animals with the blankets, bones, and other items that you send in with your pets. They wrap them up and put them in a closet, and DONT TELL YOU. Your pets lie on metal grates and concrete!

Second, the veterinarian assistants dont have licenses.

Third, I witnessed a dog (chihuahua) being squeezed so hard it defacated on the wall! Fourth, I walked in on an animal being spayed that did not look like it was fully under anesthesia. Buckley hit a dog on the nose with nail clippers. He jerks and KICKS! your dog around as soon as it leaves the room. Ever wonder why your dog gets so nervous going in for it's shots?

Finally, I was there when they performed the wrong procedure on a dog! They write special codes on the files of their clients about the way their personality is. Crazy, Nervous, ect. I have spoken with another former employee who worked at the same hospital. I met her a Petsmart and She was describing a crazed vet that she worked for; Turned out it was BUCKLEY! He also manipulates all of his employess, because they all live on a piece of property he owns!!! Before you board, groom, or use medical services at John's Creek Animal Hospital...THINK TWICE!!!!!!

Wow, I'm so glad someone finally came forward and talked about this.  I can 100% vouch for this report, and so can my husband (and AT LEAST 5 other people who worked there while we did).  The boarding kennels are extremely overcrowded, not to mention absolutely disgusting.  They are ONLY cleaned when someone makes an appointment to tour the facility (notice I said appointment - they refuse to show you around if you don't have one).

Surgery, at the time, was being done in a side room that had everything from exposed contractor materials, dust, and was BEVER cleaned once in the time we worked there (fyi: they're supposed to be cleaned just like an operating room for humans).  Specifically one time, I was in there while a cat was on the table for a spay and every time Kerry M Buckley cut, the cat's legs shot out and he cried. TO SAVE MONEY, this guy DOESN'T GIVE YOUR ANIMALS THE AMOUNT OF PAIN MEDICATION THEY REALLY NEED.  Your animal feels EVERYTHING when they're under the knife at Johns Creek Animal Hospital.

Where does Kerry M Buckley get the blood he needs for blood transfusions?  The answer is simple - Go downstairs in the boarding kennel and you'll find at least 2 helpless, frail, near death, stray or abandoned dogs that he's "rescued".  These dogs are drained of every drop of blood he can possibly get out of them and then left for dead.  If they live, he does it over and over and over again until they die, and then he "rescues" more dogs.

How is it that Kerry M Buckley, DVM and Johns Creek Animal Hospital are still in business, you ask?  Because he's on every single committee in Johns Creek that he can possibly be on.  He caters to the rich OUTSIDE of his practice, but behind closed doors, he is an evil, EVIL man, who cares nothing about your animals OR his employees.  He fools employees by letting them live in his rental properties for a "slightly lower than market value rent", he calls it "subsidized housing", and he controls every last aspect of these people's lives.  I know because I was one of them.  I obsiously don't work there anymore, as  I couldn't possibly watch these things happen anymore.  If it wasn't for Rip Off Report, you still wouldn't know the truth about Kerry M Buckley, DVM and Johns Creek Animal Hospital!!!

My pets and those of family members and friends are frequently seen at Johns Creek Animal hospital. This dates back to around 2001. We've been through the entire facility multiple times, boarded pets, and have had to go back frequently due to a pet's illness. Our pets have only had the best and most humane of care by all those who work at Johns Creek. Love, kindness, and the treatment as if they were there own pets is all that I've ever witnessed. And our pets are always excited to return and see their vets and attendants. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone, anytime. When my min pin died after a long bout with cancer, I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful they were to my family, treating him and us with dignity regarding our loss. They also successfully performed multiple cancer surgeries, extending the time we had with my min pin. It saddens me that anyone would have an angry word to say about John's Creek. They are wonderful people. Please do see for yourself!
