I purchased the P90X program on Ebay in early March. The same day I received an em from Ebay stating the listing had been removed because it "may" not be authentic. I had paid for it already thru PayPal. It also stated the transaction was null and void. I waited a week to see if my money was put back into PayPal. It was not. The em stated that if i had paid for it, I should contact the seller. I em him and he never responded so I call PayPal and filed a complaint because I had not received the item. The rep @ PayPal said that I may still receive it????? A couple of days later I received the tracking info and later did receive the program. It was from China, but it looked real and I actually played one of the DVD's.
Everything was ok but I did not receive the calendar or nutrition plan etc which I wanted so I put it on Ebay for sale. It was removed within the hour. Later I got an em from 'Ebay with an attachment from Johnson & Pham. I did not pay any attention to it, they wanted nearly $900. Are you kidding me? Last week I received a letter again demanding the money within 10 days. So today I wrote them a letter with copies of all the em that I received from Ebay as well as my PayPal history showing I had paid for it. I assured them I had not coped, pirated etc DVD. First of all, it should not have even been on Ebay for a sucker like me to purchase. I learned that you should never order anything from Ebay where the seller is from CHINA. I'll let you know what I hear from Johnson and f*g. Money does not grow on trees at my house. Please.................
