Joi Internet aka Hawk Communications is a Scam! Beware of this rip-off! Atlanta Georgia
Hello,
I want everyone to know that I ordered and paid for a full year of internet service from this company and I'm hear to tell you that their connections will drop ever thirty minutes yet they say you can stay on for up to five hours. The employees are rude. You will sit on the phone for hours on end. What ticks me off most of all is they say they have a seven day trial-if your not happy you get your full amount back. Well that not the case. They will keep one month of service for $12.95. Which I'm suppose to have the express service for $9.99 a month.
One more thing... if you to have made the mistake of getting this service you will have to get someone else to write them a cancellation letter because you will not be able to out of your own e-mail. It will keep telling you that the web page can not be found. Their way of being able to say they didn't get a cancellation. Much to their surprise, they sent my friend a generated email back comfirming that they got the cancellation. The very next day they tried to say they did not get the cancellation but my friend had kept the email she had gotten from them. I'm also going to send all the emails and a letter to two of our News Channels here in Houston Texas.
