JOLENE ALBRIGHT (INDIVIDUAL) This woman has a house for rent/sale in Overland Park, Kansas. She is a registered nurse at KUMed. She rented a home to me and my sons, (one of whom has severely debilitating respiratory problems) and the home was condemned by the city due to mold infestation that SHE KNEW of BEFOREHAND. I rented a home from Jolene Albright in overland Park, Kansas. She didn't even show up, she had her boyfriend show to rent it to me. This woman knew that there was a severe, I repeat, SEVERE Mold infestation in the home. She rented it to me anway, and I paid her in CASH UP FRONT 3 months rent in advance. I couldnt figure out why my son was SO SICK and couldnt breathe until I paid for an inspection of the home and the tech said the home was uninhabitable. She led me to believe that because there had been a cat in the house prior to us moving in, that was why it smelled so terribly. I paid OUT OF MY OWN POCKET $1,000.00 to recarpet the entire house in an effort to remedy the situation. And she knew all along the house was contaminated. She is a nurse, and being such, one would hope she would have been more concerned when my son wound up at Children's Mercy due to asthma complications from being in this dwelling. I had pictures of this gross mess, which I confronted her with. The mold was in DIRECT PROXIMITY to the HVAC system!! I had to move and find a place quickly (which I did and have been there for a couple years now). Ms. Albright was also completely intoxicated when she finally showed up to collect my keys, etc. STAY AWAY from this woman. SHE IS UNETHICAL AND A LIAR.
