Jolly Jumps STL Saint Louis RUINED MY SON'S BIRTHDAY PARTY Saint Louis Missouri
I could not believe the inadequacies of this company. My son's party was scheduled to begin at 1:00 and all the children were being picked up at 5:00. The unit was supposed to arrive at 12:45. I called every 15 minutes until 2:00, when the driver finally arrived. His excuse for being late was that I was "second on his list" and that the GPS in his truck didn't work. We had to have the unit torn down and pulled out of the back yard in front of my son and all of his little friends. My family was humiliated and my son's birthday was ruined.
