As a students of this studio we have been told it will be under new management by this person rather than closing. However this was a faulty business proposal made by this man costing the previous studio owner some serious financial burden and student some serious heartbreak as it was ensued the studio shall remain open. Due to this con man & his faulty business dealing our fitness studio will be closed and not under any new management. Highly upset a studio owner students love and care for have all been affected! May karma unfold in this case and justice prevail.

I am a creative that was hired by Jon (along with two of my coworkers) to document his son's since failed band. Jon wrote us in excess of $9500.00 of checks that bounced. Months of excuses turned into years (it's been about three) and his behaviors have also detroyed his personal and professional life. Let karma take its toll but in the meantime, really hammer him legally with ANY evidence you have. The Manhattan DA should have a file on this guy as well as Monmouth (where he got arrested at The Stone Pony in 2013 for ripping of Lakehouse Studios/jailed for weeks) and Passaic Counties in New Jersey. You can also find him cruising around Upper Montclair and Clifton, hanging out in cafes (Java Love). He is a smooth talker that likes to find his next prey via Craiglist.
