Complaint Review: Jonathan at Care Services in Raleigh NC - Raleith North Carolina

 I called are services and one other com after a flood in my home. They responded first and began taking things out of my house to a pod I presumed would remain on my property. I sighed for them to get the water out and evacuate my things to a pod. I todl them I could only pay FMP this ins co would pay for the cleanup . I did not sign for the restoration work. The riippped up my house, tore the linolium off my wall is the bathroom, took off the sink, tore up a chairmat that cost 300 dollard, took every item and took jumk to be dry cleaned without adking me if I wANTED TO SAME THE ITEMS. aLL WERE JUNK BUT ONE PIECE OF MATERIAL FORM Zaire, which I ant back and the refuse to give me unless I pay the entire bill of over a thousand for items that were throw away and I would nver paid to have dry cleaned.

They did everything without asking me . They took clothes out of my dryer and umplugged it and tore the hoses off my washer and I had to pay to get both workign agian. They took my posessions hostage in a truck they drove ovv and are demanding 40,000 to get them returned. I have fired them from the sheetrock and resotration job . I want to apy for the water restoration at the FMV\ of 1600 and have my things returned. They refuse. the divided ud the contract to insclued testoration with cleanup so it cannot be divided. I rold them I only had ins money of about 11,000 for everything incliding brign my things back in and a new carpet. The ignored me and trie d me make me sing up for a loma from fema whcih could take months if I get it. If I don't and don't apy they they will keep my posessions, very valuable to me including my husbands ashes and my diplomas.

and slides from arround the world and all my office equipment. I never gvee permission to take them away. They will only get the cleanup for I do not have a lome and if I did owuld not pay them to rip apart my house causing me more repairs than necessary. They were heartless despite thier symbol on thier truck. The have no heart and have to paint one on the truck.

I am a senion, unemployed, just filed bankrupsty and need my posessions. I cannot replace them and canot do without them. They refuse to return them and take the money for the water cleanup whiich is all I asked them to do.

Other contractors will do the sheetrock for 4000 and the damages they did. They are sharks. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR POSESSIONS OR YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU have money to throw away, lots of it. They are obstinate and unrelenting and will not give an old lady back her credentials and husands ashes and slides , much less other items very valuable to me.

They tore up a charmat I have to replace at 300 and I have not money., I havve hired an attoreny to get my things back which will take months and if he dose not suceed I will file bankruptsy and put their bill in and theh cannot keep my things. I have filed but will refile. I cannot do withoug my posessions which they have no right to  or to hold hostagel

They will never get the money they envisioned without telling me the bills untill after I signed. I will get my things back thorugh bankruptsy if not litigation. And they better not try to do away with them. for they will be sued by the bankruptsy court for more than they are worth to them.

These people destroyed my life. They so not care about service of customer satisfaction but the almighty dollar and bleeding poor people out of money they dont have. If I get the loma I will not apy them  to destroy my house and tear up my posessions and steat my items.

The must return them for it is deceptive and unfair trade practices. They are not a reputable company . They are dishonest. They took advantage of an elderly woman who had not money and said so and they could have left and said get som eone else. Instead they are holding me hostage . Even if I refile I will not have my things for 4 nonths and I lose my business which it was my office for lack of furniture and items to do business plus my diplomas .

They are viscious. DO NOT HIR THEM TO DO ANYTHING. READ THE FIND PRINT AND DO NOT GET CAUTHT IN THEIR TRAPS OF UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES. AND THERE  DECEPTIONS. tHERE IS NO GUARANTEED I WILL EVER GET A LOMA WHICH THEY ARE COUNTING ON TO GET THEIR MONEY AND i DO WILL NOT PAY THEM BUT AN ATTORNEY TO REGAIN MY POSESSIONS TAKEN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, BEING HELP HOSTAGE.

THESE ARE HARDENED CRIMINALS , NOT FAIR BUSINESS PEOPLE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY . THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU ALL YOU HAVE. I AM A POOR WIDON ON DISABILITY AND UNABLE TO WORK FOR FOOD EVEN AND DO NOT NEED THEIR STEALING POSESSIONS IT WOULD COST ME THOUSANDS TO REPLACE AND MY HUSBAND'S ASHES AND SLIDES AND DIPLOMAS AR ENOT REPLACABLE. tHEY ARE THIEVES. SHARKS OUT FOR MONEY AND DISTORTION AND BLEEDING WIDOWS FOR ALL THEY HAVE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY DESTROYED MY HOME FOR A LITTLE WATER THAT SHOUDL COST 1500 AT MOST TO EXTRACT WHICH IS ALL i ASKED THEM TO DO. tHEY WALDED OFF WITH MY PROPERTY AND ARE USING A PAPER i SIGNED TO GET THE WATER OUT TO BIND ME TO AN EXORBINANT CONTRAACT TO PAD THEIR POCKETS AT  THE EXPENSE OF AN ELDERLY PERSON IN A CRISIS. THEY CARE NOT FOR ANYONE . DO NOT FOOL YOURSELF TO THINK THE CARE AOBUT ANHTYING BUT THIER POCKETS.

I HAVE BE DECEIVED, DEFRAUDED AND UNFARELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OR AND CANNNOT RECOVER BECAUE i AM POOR AND HAVE NOT RECORSE TO GET THEM TO TAKE FMV FOR WHAT THEY DID, NOT TO MENTON  TEARING UP MY ENTIRE HOUSE TO DO THAT.

Do not hire these peopl ono matter what the people on their site they paid ot say good things. They are thieves and sharks and will kill you with their parana teeth. Their logo should be a parana, not a heart. They have no heart.
