Dr. Lee ran blood tests which showed my hormone levels within normal ranges, I was perfectly healthy yet dr. Lee diagnose me with adult growth hormone deficiency, vitamin D and testosterone deficiency putting me on a daily regimen oc HGH, a form of growth hormone. He accepted my cash payment, provided a hand-written receipt. I contated him for.service..he acted aggressive with me on the phone. I looked up his medical license and he has been under suspension 4 times since 1994 , and is currently under suspension until April 30th 2017. Dr. Lee continues to have a practice in Denver and continues to fraudulently diagnose and prescribe hormone replacement therapy under a restricted license.
