Jonn Goodman Goodman Real Estate Group - RE/MAX DFW Associates IV Company are crooks and should be banned from selling or representing owners in Real Estate Flower Mound, Texas
This company and the owner, Jonn Goodman, are the biggest crooks in real Estate. Do not use them for your realtor needs and if your a property owner looking for someone to represent you for renting or leasing your property, stay away. This company lies to prospective customers and then uses the excuse, sorry, you signed a form saying no refunds. They do nothing they state they will and will just take your money.
Sad that in todays real Estate Market that people and companies like this are in business when there are so many good, honest and hard working realtors out there.
Be warned, this company has many complaints against them on ripoff report as well as numours complaints with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
DO NOT do business with this company and warn your friends.

All rental applications are processed through a 3rd party vendor that charges fees for processing. Application fees are non-refundable because the fee goes toward paying the 3rd party vendor. Unfortunately, we cannot place every applicant that applies for our properties as much as we wish we could. As stated in our original conversation with the author, we are sorry that he is unhappy and only wish the best for him and his family.
