(I am Not a lawyer) however I would urge you to file a police report and something with your local post master general : Since I believe this falls under mail fraud. The post office has an online form I believe and your police might also, do both of these things first before this next thing. You engaged in interstate commerce it could technically be an internet related crime there is a form for that online at the FBI site. Then patiently wait for response, government is overtaxed and it might be awhile, but every report gets read and they might want make an appointment for you to come in. Document everything you can, if you can make attachments before going to the online sites do so.

So he has done this to me as well. I responded to an email he sent me to flash my iphone 4s over to metro. I sent him $47 to do this and via Western Union. After 3 days and several emails back and forth it turned out that he was going to be unable to flash my iphone. At this point I still have my phone. All of our communication was via email.
He said how bad he felt that he couldn't help me. I then asked if he could flash an HTC Trophy over to metro and he said yes and that he would do it at no charge because he wasn't able to flash the iphone. I sent him the phone and a return label so he wouldn't even have to pay for the postage. When he got the phone the screen had been destroyed, he said it arrived that way however I packed the phone good and it was in mint condition when it left me. He then said he could fix it but I would have to buy the new glass parts. After everything I would need to send him another $80. I thought that was too much and I asked that he just send the phone back to me.
At that he made an offer I couldn't resist. He said he had an iPhone 4 on Craigslist and he would send that to me for $100. I thought that was a great deal so as the previous person who got scammed he insisted on me getting a Green Dot card, which I did and now he has the $147 and a phone, and I have nothing. It has been 4 days and the postage I sent him shows nothing being shipoped and he has not responded in two days.
We had skyped quite a bit as well. His skype ID is jose.0319. The address I sent the phone to was: 9847 ALEUTIAN ST LAS VEGAS NV 89178-3845.
I am so upset right now and I am in Florida so I don't even know what to do or how to get my money back.
Is there any help out there?
Thanks,
Todd

I submitted my report to youtube and they removed Jose's iphone video which I gave the address to above within a couple hours. Jose contacted me and said to not worry he has plenty more up on another youtube account. But I will not waste your time with petty babble.
As I said earlier Jose lives at 2507 E 15th St Long Beach CA 90804, I have located this scammers exact address. As you can see in his video Jose lives on the third floor. I will be contacting the long beach police tomorrow morning. I also can attest to the fact that Jose is the only one who has been acting unprofessionally.
I simply requested a refund and he called me a large variety of colorful names. As you can see in the picture below this is the picture of the outside of Jose's apartment building. He is on the third floor the one with the bike.

Hello Sir, our records indicate your Metro PCS Account was successfully created on 09/13/2012 after we received your payment via A Green Dot Money Pack. We sent you multiple E-Mails on how to program your iPhone, along with your new #. We called you multiple times regrading your issue.
As far as you stating that we "Forced you to pay with a Green Dot Moneypack", that is falsely incorrect.
You were presented with multiple payment options including Amazon Payments which protects against fraud with there A-Z Guarantee, which you declined. You simply stated "No I'll pay with that card to save you the trouble" and you went a ahead to buy it willing by yourself.
On 09/13/2012 we collected your payment of $60. Withinn 2 hours of receving it we made your account and issued you a phone # and programming instructions.
You then emailed us stating "Thanks man I got it!" after 1 hour of receving that message you emailed and said "Man I screwed my phone up, I deleted something and I can't make call or use the web". We then asked what occurred and he replied stating he wants a "Refund" we then told him we would process a Refund and deduct any cost with the Airtime he used.
Then on 09/16/2012 we called the customer and stated how he wanted us to send his refund. He then started using profanity over the phone, which I then hanged up due to this. We contacted the customer the next day and asked how he wanted us to process his Refund, he then hanged up and we were never able to contact the customer again the time of this posting.
I then received over 500 Text Messages sent to my phone saying "We need more lemon pledge".
After that we stated to please stop and asked how he wanted his refund issued, he then hanged up and refused to answer any calls or to reply to any emails.
We have been unable to contact the customer at the time of this posting to request how he wants his refund issued. When the customer contacts us or we make contact with him then we will issue his refund to his prefered method.

The iphone flashing scammer known as ilovemytek on youtube and jose salgado through email has just published a google document form to make his email address hidden. You can see this website to avoid by clicking the link here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dFAzN0JTQno5M21iTFpiUTQ3X2hHbkE6MQ please avoid this website. This person will take your money and give you nothing in return.
Please remember this video How to roam/flash Verizon iPhone 4 & 4S to cricket or metro pcs is how he get people to contact him. So do not even bother talking to him. He will ask you to pay through green dot or some other untraceable means of sending him money. I hope this helps other people avoid this scam. God bless.
