WHERE DO I START!!!! on 4-14-2006 i bought 4 tires from joe o'jibway the manager of tires plus on del prado in the cape, i also got a oil change, and alignment with a 3 year warranty. When i left that day i felt assured my car was just fine as i had worked there at that location and knew the technician who worked on my vehicle was very good at what he does. A few days later i needed to buy a replacement rim and took it to a shop in town who was going to change the rim and put the new tire on the correct rim...... i was watching the mechanic at this other shop trying to take the lug nuts off and they were put on wrong and they were stripped . so i took it to tires plus walked in and Joe the manager was at the counter, i said Joe i have a problem, the tech stripped my lug nuts i need them fixed, joe was very eager to fix this problem, he prints out a work order and theres a 60 dollar labor fee for them to fix this, that i had to pay, when i confronted Joe he said it was my problem not his, After arguiing for some time now i had to pay for the repair that they screwed up! Now to make a long story short, i had let this problem go , now on January the 3rd, 2008 i had to have a flat repaired, which was honored on my road hazard warranty, but then im called out to the shop to look at my 2 front tires, which are completely bald in the middle, i need 2 tires because they were over-inflated, the tires say to have 35 psi in them and i am the one who checks them out and its always set at what the manufacture recommends. Ive done tires im not an idiot, i say well Joe i paid extra for these tires due to mileage and road hazard, ive only put 10 thousand miles on them i believe im well in my warranty, now he says its an alignment problem, my alignment is perfectly fine he says i will have to pay full price to repair them i would not receive any discount and they will not be pro-rated, so this is where i stand they will not honor anything they do or anything they do to damage your vehicle, they used to be very honest thats why i always took my vehicles there, well now they are just like the rest of the guys out there and i will never do businesss with them again.

Read the Warranty Manual

If you accually read your warranty manual to warranty tires your must show you have rotated the tires every 5000 miles and have your alignment check. Without proper documentation and only showing condition of tires you can not expect to have any resolutions solved. Center of a tire worn out is over inflated which Tires Plus did not make an incorrect observation of the tire. What you say compared to what the tire show is the proof. You are just looking to get tires for free. Ever heard of a 2nd opinion. Alignment wear can happen after an alignment was done. With all the potholes, speed bumps it doesn't take much to put it back out. With a 3 year alignment you should of had it check with the 1st rotation.
