this company certainly needs more training,as they stated. I still have yet to receive an apology. And for this company to claim what I filed did not happen,eventually they are going to mess with the wrong individual or company and find themselves shut down.

Contact the County of Ventura District attorney's office, Special prosecutions division. they have a website and need to hear from YOU!!! I got burnt too, as a consumer.....on a personal debt. They are helping me. they are looking for anyone impacted by this company. The person i hired them to collect on for me ( SHAME ON ME: These people are HORRIBLE) had her bank account debited prior to the day she authorized: That is THEFT!!!! Report them!
