Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
These individuals, Doyle Nelson, Wendy Nelson and Kenneth Exelby, (including Terry Arca who stated and listed on his emaill signature that he was a retired DA agent for OC flashing his fake badge around, which we later found out was untrue) are true Ponzi Scheme artists. They lured loan officers, brokers, agents and investors and scammed many people out of thousands of dollars.

My office took them to court and we were backed by the Attorney General and won our case last year (Journey Financial Claim Infraction W-712-10 OAH no. 2010-LI-0242), but can't seem to find these people now to collect the income we were never paid for three months of work.

This has effected hard working people with with children, which is the worst part of all. They lived off of our money and anyone who may be considering doing business with them in the future should be very careful. A con-artist will alway be a con-artist. I do believe that they will get their share soon "what comes around, goes around".

The report by Anna Collins was from a woman who solicited mortgage business from unlicensed mortgage brokers and signed their applications which was illigal. We immediately notified the proper authorities in California who were in the process of investigating her firm. They were fined and her business was closed down soon afterward. Her brother was operating the same type of scam in Washington and his license was revoked and his business was shut down also. Anna's partner is Mike Salonddaka, who has ripped off many old people using a scam where he promises a reverse mortgage at reduced rates with a substantial upfront payment of $5-10,000.

These people should be avoided at all costs. The case and claim they cite in their complaint is bogus also.
