I am an emplyee of the AVEDA corperation and have worked in privately owned Aveda Lifestyle Salons and i have a suggestion for you! Aveda Contracts out to salons and spas so remember this is the owners fault not the corperations! I can garentee you that AVEDA would be very unhappy about the circumstances! Aveda is VERY picky about who they let hold thier product line and these days and are yanking contracts left and right from people who don't follow the rules! Aveda is an earth friendly and humanitarian based corperation so employee abuse is a no-no! I would suggest (since i see many of you have the same complaint about this salon) that you all give the corperation a call 1.800.644.4831. Tell them your complaints about your payment issue (they can't pay you but they can properly look into the problem) and your concern with such a dishonest company holding their name! I'm not sure what will come from it but I know that their salon rep will be contacted and they will at least get a very big warning from the company! Again AVEDA doesn't want dishonest buiness practice dirtying up their good reputation so some sort of action will be taken! I'm sure you have other rights in the state about the issue and i would look that up, but this is the best action to take with AVEDA corperate! Hope it helps!
