JP Morgage Chase Brentwood, TN We were ready to close a loan when hours before they demanded we bring in $5000 cash in hand, they knew we had no place to live befocause we had gave notice to move the day we close and our place was already rented, they knew this and told us it was FHA wanting the cash and i called the STATE of TN Housing and we were told that was not true that they were defauting on the loan Brentwood Tennessee
My son Joshua and his wife were going to purchase thier first home and the builders sent them through JP Morgan to get a 5.3 30 year loan. About 3 weeks later after they returned from thier Honeymoon, Andrew Harris calls them and told them he needed to go to FHA, which the builder even now knew nothing about this, since everything was signed off on for the regular loan at the 5 percent on 30 years.
Andrew called and had everthing switched to FHA Arm and told them to get me to co-sign for them. We got everything over to him immediately that he requested. He called Josh and called me and informed us the loan was approved and that we would do the walk on Thurs. June 26th and the closing would take place June 27th at noon downtown Nashville.
Andrews calls about 3pm that Thursday wanting to make sure they had done the walk through and reminds us of the closing at noon the next day.
About an hour later he called Josh and told him he would have to walk in with $5000 cash in hand before they would get the loan done. He told Josh and when i call him, he also told me it was FHA requesting the $5000 cash.
When Friday noon came around no one would reurn neither mine or Josh's call. I called the State of TN Housing Goverment in Nashville and talked to one of the Morgage people of the group, they checked in to this and told us they were lying that FHA had nothing to do with wanting $5000 cash. These young kids just got married on june 11th and now have no place to live because this group has took advantage tryhing to extort cash from them and me and also lied on the Federal Housing Association telling us that they wanted the money.
I know this has been fradulant and nothing more than extortion from the get go and i would appreciate any help on this matter.

We were contacted by the Main person at Chase and they have fixed the problems over the loan
