I paid my credit card in full to avoid the high finance charges. Per chase if I paid the balance in full they would close the credit card and that would be the end of it. I paid the balance as requested and the following month I recived a bill for 87 finance charge on the balance I paid. I contact chase to inquire about the charge and was advised by the customer rep, they are not required to advise of any additional charges after the balance is paid. Needless to say the 87.00 became 102.04 again I inquired and was advised if I pay the 102.04 that would be the final payment and card closed. One monthlater I received a bill for 2.04 finance charge on the final bill again. Long story short the card has not been used in over one year, I ma being charged a fiannce charge on the finance charge which for some reason does not end. When I contacted chase again, this time I recived a letter in writing about the card being closed and no more charges. I was advised to send a copy of the letter to customer service. The is the biggest fraud that exist .....I closed all my account with Chase and refuse to do business with them.

They do this alot and it should be illegal!  I also paid off my debt in full and they did the same thing to me!  Had a zero balance for the full month of December 2009 and then at the end of December I get hit with a finance charge for $13.57 on a zero balance!  At the time that I paid off my Chase Credit Card, I also paid off all of my other credit cards. The rest of my credit cards don't do this nonsense!  I called them off to complain and the representative was very rude to me as well.  I cut up my Chase Card when they sent me my new one and I will never use their services again!!  DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CHASE!!
