J.P. Morgan Chase working on mod for 3 months advised when i sent all info they had everything, call to check on my mod on 10/7/09 was informed that i need to send info again. syracuse ny I feel chase doesn't do anythi get a lawyer for a modification because Chase will not help, they say they will but they just play games with you. Chase bank is not going to help anyone. Modifications should not take months they should only take a few weeks.
You should only need to send all info once, and never be asked to send it multipal times.
Chase I feel the Government should get more involved with Chase bank because they are taking too long for modifications for a reason which I still do not know why.
The public should have a Government reporting agency for such problems with banks.
