You have a Chase CC. You pay this CC monthly. You pay your house payment every month........or your car payment....or utilities...EVERY MONTH. You know when this is due mostly out of habit if nothing else. SO it shouldnt matter all too much whether you got a bill or not.....YOU KNOW ITS DUE NO rip off here

I too am with WaMu now Chase and my interest rate is very similar to your lower rates. Yet I got my statement on-time with no problem...Ummm. As for any "due dilligence" I don't know what you are looking for. I was sent notificiations that they were switching not once, but at least 3 times, not to mention just the word of mouth that I heard. While I don't remember if any of those stated that statements may be late, as I said mine were not late and I was actually surprised how well the switch over seemed to go. There is a point not really clear. You said that the statement was dated 3/20. Was that the statement date or the due date? If the statement date was 3/20 your due date was probably around mid-April. If this was the case I don't see why you would wait for another statement without paying the one they sent?
