Yes Robert, the driver caused the car not to run, it ran fine going on the carrier, he admitted (the driver that is) to messing with the carb, as well as the coil wire, and yes, your right, the time does vary do to traffic conditions, yet there is a resonable time to deliver auto's and an unresonable time to deliver them, and I for one find 10;30pm one of those unresonable time's, and to have been asked to have a tow truck "standing by!" to pull the car off the carrier when it arrived?? Come on now Robert, even you must admit that that is an unresonable demand.

By your own admission all was well until delivery day. So.. Why are you going to ask for your money back? Did they do something to cause the car not to start? Was something in the contract that stated they had to deliver it to you by a certain time, and did they meet the time? Just based on what you have written it does not seem like you would be entitled to all, or even a majority, of your money back.
