JT Card Services takes your money!! senior citizen on the verge of retirement
I sent JT Card services my hard earned money in good faith that I would receive a credit card from them once my check for 174.90 cleared the bank. My check cleared the bank on Oct. 10, 2001 and I am yet to receive the credit card. I called JT card company and was told that I should get the card within two weeks. Again nothing. I called again with no response then all of a sudden I get a letter in the mail, dated Oct 30, 2001 that the card had been shipped and I should receive it shortly. Well here we are Jan. 14, 2002 and still no card, no notice, no refund, no phone call and when I call them NO ANSWER.
I'm a senior citizen on the verge of retirement and can't afford to lose this amount of cash. I want my money back and this company investigated for freud. Please help with anything that you can do to refund the money. Thank you.
