JTE Electric is bad business Irwin Pennsylvania
In October, 2007 I contacted JTE Electric to order a hot tub pump. My charge card was charged in October of 2007, but 30 days later no pump. Several times during that month I had called JTE Electric to track down the pump only to be met with a full phone message box, no return calls when able to leave a message, empty promises (already mailed) & hang-ups.
The final phone call resulted in the owner, Joe Topinka, requesting that I contact his supplier. Even though I paid him for the pump, and I had to contact his supplier in order to get my pump. When I finally got the pump over a month later, their was no reciept enclosed, which made it difficult when the pump failed 5 months later.
After tracking down the purchase through my credit card company, I attempted to make contact with JTE Electric to make good on their product warranty. I was met with the same problems. The voice mail inbox was full, I then e-mailed letting him know that I was unable to contact via phone. When finally able to leave a message, after a couple of weeks-still no return phone calls or e-mails from this company.
About a month later, I finally got through by using a different phone number and leaving a message stating that I wanted to order a pump. Then the phone call was returned. I was hung up on twice when trying to communicate very politely. This company is nothing but a headache. Please do not do business with Joe Topinka and his company JTE Electric.
