JTS Auto & Truck Deposit ripoff. Cheaters and liars Plaistow New Hampshire
JTS Auto & Truck sold me a car that was already purchased by another customer. The salesperson Xavier requested a $2,000.00 down payment and another $600.00 to hold the car. After I signed papers the car suddenly disappeared. Xavier said the "engine blew up".
Now JTS will not return my $2600.00 deposit. They instead gave me 3 choices: " You can use it as a down payment to buy any other car on the lot " or " You can have a credit for $2600.00 in our repair shop" or "The money will go into a fund" ??
I have been trying to get my money back since March of 2013. Christen, the owner continues to refuse to pay pay it back. Every time I call Chisten puts me on hold and transfers the call to Xavier. Xavier continues to try to sell me another car. Warning to everyone: stay any from these Vultures.
