I purchased my first fianced vehicle through JTS . Greg the sales man sold me a 2005 Nissan Maxima with 72,000 miles on it . It seemed all to good to be true . first off i gave them my SUV as a trade in that was guarenteed $500.00 bucks as a trade in right off the bat , this was never put into the contract . I put down $2200.00 cash the contract stated i gave in $1500.00 . The same night i drove the car home the tranny was slipping i called the next day informed them the car didnt pass inspection and the trany is slipping . a month later i got the car to pass but here we are 5 months later and the transmission is gone and they refuse to take responsibility when i informed them of the issue the next day and they said nothing was wrong . these guys are jokes , scam artist , and just pure scum bags . Beware !!!

You stated they said they would give you $500 for the trade. It wasn't in the contract but YOU BOUGHT the car anyway. Then you go on to say you put down $2200 but the contract said you put down only $1500 but YOU BOUGHT the car anyway!
Since these were the terms you wanted and you didn't get them, WHY DID YOU BUY THE CAR???????????? Did you actually read the contract BEFORE you signed it? If so, why did you go along with it?
Buyers remorse and/or buyer stupidity for NOT reading the contract before signing it!
