Juan averoff Called to cancel multicare/parenialcare. Insurance. He wouldn't let me Internet
I called to cancel my insurance and they transferred me to Juan averoff. I told him I wanted to cancel and he got mad and started arguing with me. And said he was not gonna cancel unless I gave him a specific answer. After 5 min I hung up called back to speak to another Mgr. They transferred me back to him and he said no one was gonna help me unless I gave specifics. I had to yell at him to cancel it. He gave me a web address to cancel it. Which ended up being his personal email. All I want is to cancel my insurance and a refund. And he refuses to do it
